Cancellation Policy
**Cancellation Policy Information**
At Mia’s Nail Studio, we implement a cancellation policy designed to help us manage appointments effectively and ensure our guests receive the best service possible. As a small business, we are unable to quickly fill appointment slots that are canceled or forgotten, unlike larger establishments.
**Key Points of the Policy:**
- **Notice Requirement:** We ask that guests provide at least 48 hours' notice if they need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
- **Late Cancellations:** If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice for a single appointment, a fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged. For no-shows (appointments not attended without prior notice), a charge of 100% will be applied to your credit card.
**Credit Card Information:**
To secure your appointment, we require credit card information, similar to practices in various service industries (such as restaurants and hotels). Please note that you will not be charged until the time of service, and you can choose another form of payment at your appointment.
**Additional Considerations:**
- Frequent cancellations, even when provided with notice, can disrupt our scheduling and should be minimized.
- Should you cancel more than two consecutive appointments, you may be discharged from Mia’s Nail Studio.
- We encourage you to check your calendar ahead of time to avoid any scheduling conflicts.
